Due to Possessing Two Magical States natively, the Electro-ceramic material only has One slot to add an additional element, because of it possessing Fire State and Lightning State together, its Enchantment Extends to Blaze enchantments as well.

One of the most Expensive materials collected by the empire they are primarily used in Accessories or as Gems in Weapons and Armor, Rarely a Entire blade could be made of Tzo, but it would be highly costly.
