Hydromancer

Shalassa's Rite of Waves:

A Hydromancer cannot consult her repertoire normally. Any time she wishes to prepare her spells for the day, she needs to perform the Rites of Waves. The rite itself is simplistic, requiring the hydromancer only an hour of uninterrupted chanting and access to a body of water of any size (a glass or bowl filled with water would do, although most hydromancer's prefer large lakes).

Doing so allows her to access her repertoire. If, for some reason, she cannot perform the rite, she is unable to use Ninjutsu. The rites of Waves can only be performed once every 24 hours

Water-blessed (Ex):

A hydromancer is used to the water, and the water accepts her as an extension of itself. She gains resistance to water equal to her hydromancer level × 2.

Water Manipulation (Su):

The Hydromancer has become so adept at casting Water spells, normal metachakra is easier to apply to the Churning waves. At 2nd level, when you apply metachakra effects to spells with the [Water] descriptor you decrease the total spell level by 1, down to a minimum of 0.

Penetrating Water(Su):

The Hydromancer's Water spells don't just do normal damage, they leave friction burns and sores brought on by magical erosion on her enemies and their damage persists. At third level, anyone damaged by one of the Hydromancer's spells that has the [Water] descriptor that dealt damage takes half the damage dealt again at the start of their next turn.

Expert Hydromancy:

When a 4th level Hydromancer casts a [Water] spell, she may sculpt it as per sculpt spell without any increase in casting time or spell slot adjustment.

Shalassa's Breath (Su):

The Hydromancer gains an inner reservoir of Compressed water to call upon, allowing her to Blast water from her mouth at her enemies. At fifth level, once every 1d4 rounds, she can use her breath weapon that deals 1d6/2 caster levels in water damage in a 30 ft cone, usable as a standard action.
