participate in any ongoing combat. The images are so intense they may periodically cause the target to begin cowering in fear, unable to act or move.
Make a Handle Animal check.[Organic Technology] Make one roll and compare the result to the target's Will defense.
If the attack hits, the target becomes bombarded by mental imagry for 1 round and is Shaken.
For every 5 points you beat the target's Will defense, the effect lasts 1 additional round,
if you have beaten their will defense by more then 5 there is a 5% chance each turn they are under the effect of Psionic Assault that Shaken will turn into Cowering.
Special: Targets affected by Psionic Assault gain a stacking +5 to their Will defense to
resist subsequent attempts each time they are targeted by another Psionic assault during an encounter.
