OBITUARY
Dra. FE G. TORRES ( Wife of Dr. GODOFREDO TORRES)
August 28, 1933- July 17, 2015
Fe Ganibi Torres died of heart attacked last July 17, 2015 at the age of 81. She was survived by her loving husband Dr. Godofredo Torres, her daughter Evelyn, her son Roland and daughter-in-law Victoria Bunag-Torres, and her grandson Nathan, and their families.
We invite friends and family to attend the viewing and rosary on July 29th and 30th starting at 4pm at Cypress Lawn Funeral Home at 1370 El Camino Real, Colma,Ca, 94014 . A funeral mass will be held on July 31st at a Catholic Church. She will then be placed in her final resting place at Cypress Lawn cemetery.

Kicking off tonight, July 17th, at 8/7c PM is Myx TV‘s “Shiver and Shake” a horror programming block spotlighting iconic Asian horror films.
Every Friday night for the next 26 weeks, you can catch movies like The Unseeable, Nightmare Detective, and Black Night plus many other scary films from Thailand, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines.
The first “Shiver and Shake” film is Tokyo Gore School, in which the teens of Tokyo must fight to the death in order to protect their darkest secrets from spilling onto the Internet. Fujiwara finds himself caught in the ominous game and will do anything to take his secret to the grave.
Arriving on July 24th is The Pot: Everything seems picture-perfect for a family of three until an elderly neighbor grows excessively fond of their daughter. When the neighbor dies, the child begins behaving bizarrely, and the family’s domestic bliss quickly unravels.
It’s followed on July 31st by The Guard Post: A guard post is seemingly deserted. When contingents of fresh soldiers are sent there, they discover dead soldiers and body parts strewn all throughout the post. An investigation unmasks the mystery of what took place in Guard Post 506.

The La Costa Film Festival (LCFF), in partnership with Mandalay Sports Media (MSM), today introduced an exciting new addition into the lineup of its flagship weekend event: The Reel Pitch, a session that will put ten promising storytellers in a room with seasoned producers and executives hungry for new material.
The ten finalists will be selected by an independent panel of judges from an initial pool of applicants. Those finalists subsequently are invited to be a part of LCFF's newest festival offering, The Reel Pitch.
For ‘The Reel Pitch’, LCFF and MSM will be recruiting a top-flight selection of judges who will be drawn from the ranks of the industry's most experienced studio and network executives and producers.
The best pitch, as determined by The Reel Pitch judges, will win its storyteller the opportunity to refine her/his pitch under the guidance of one of the judges, and ultimately, the opportunity to deliver that pitch to one of MSM’s studio partners and make a sale.
