iRACE CENTER

BAY AREA’S

FIRST RACING SIMULATION FACILITY OPENS

SEEN IN THE CITY

(FREMONT, CALIFORNIA) – The Fremont Experience - the iRaceCenter located at 43464 Boscell Road, Fremont, CA 94538 (right smack in the middle of Pacific Commons Shopping Center) opened to the public early morning last Friday, March 8, 2013 with televised coverage from KPIX station. It is Bay Area's first simulated racing entertainment center. And it’s All-Filipino owned.

It’s not an arcade style car racing entertainment – but a real race track experience, a simulation. On a tour of their facility last week, arranged and led for this Columnist by the trio of its Filipino American owners - Rolando Tolibas, CEO, Filmore Figueroa, COO and Wilson Talaugon, CFO, we got a firsthand experience of what the center has to offer - a set of state of the art customized racing pods (14 units capable of handling up to 42 race participants ); each attached to its own set of 3 giant-screen monitors and a blasting surround sound system that dynamically blares every screeching tire. We drove-tested and felt the dynamic feel of the reactive bucket driver seat that establishes a real full sensory experience. We felt the vibrations and the bumps, even! You can pick and choose to drive different cars (actually used by NASCAR drivers) and tracks- that way the action stays fresh and exciting in this extraordinary simulated racing center. Several overhead giant television screens live stream race feeds that are happening all around the world enhancing further the simulated racing experience.

The owners iRaceCenter are all gainfully employed full-time IT Engineers by profession, who translated their car racing passion into a business venture by partnering with the a major game software company, iRacing.com (it’s the same software that the NASCAR professional racers practice on) and chose the Fremont, CA location that is sandwiched between the popular NASCAR racing courses in Sonoma and Fresno.

Already, the center attracted professional race car drivers, auto club members and race league enthusiasts who tried and tested the center’s entertainment offerings.

iRaceCenter offers a variety of group racing formats (the race tracks are scalable, meaning you can race against 1 driver or against 13 others) and event packages that are sure to please your guests, clients, or staff.

Plan your next grand corporate event, birthday party, or team building and call

(855) 333-RACE.

iRace Center in Fremont is open 7 days a week from 11:00AM until night time.

You have to drive it to experience it!
