The Unkaboggable Vice Ganda (with her recent Tambayan OPM Phenomenal Artist of the Year & Globe's Most Likable Celebrity Globe awards) will perform live at the Peppermill Casino in Reno on Saturday, September 1, 2012 (the same night as Sara Geronimo'sCache Creek Casino show in Brooks, CA)

Welcome home, 2012 Bb Pilipinas-Tourism Katrina Jayne 'Trina' Dimaranan of Fremont, CA who surprised her debutant cousin Alexandra Gomez by attending her birthday party last Friday, July 13, 2012 held The Marriott Hotel-Fremont. Trina, who got permitted by the Binibining Pilipinas Charities to go home, is in town for 2 weeks.

This year's Miss Asian America candidates presented to the media last Saturday at The Fort McKinley Restaurant (formerly Intramuros) in South San Francisco, CA. Finals night will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012 at The Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.

Miss Asian America on Aug 4th

The new Fort McKinley Restaurant (formerly Intramuros) is the venue when Ms. Rose Chung presented to the members of the media last Saturday, July 14, 2012 at in South San Francisco, CA this year’s delegates to the 2012 Miss Asian America Beauty Pageant. Founded in 1985 by Rose Chung, the Miss Asian America Pageant is the longest running Asian American pageant in the United States. The pageant has expanded to an internationally recognized event with regional competitions nationwide.

Miss Asian America Pageant showcases diverse Asian American women in a high quality production. Each delegate develops her cultural awareness, community service, leadership skills in the process.

Delegates for the Miss Asian America Pageant will experience the culmination of three decades of development in providing a stepping stone for young women who have gone on to successful careers in business, law, education, health, politics and the entertainment industry.
