The 10th Annual REVS vs SEMS Basketball Challenge took place Friday, February 19, 2016 at Santa Clara University's Leavey Center. More than 1,000 fans gathered and saw a thrilling contest that lasted two overtimes before being decided with the Sems winning 46-43. PHILIPPINE AIRLINES CELEBRATES 75TH YEAR WITH DIRECT LOS ANGELES TO CEBU MAIDEN VOYAGE!

(LOS ANGELES) – The country's flag carrier, PHILIPPINE AIRLINES celebrates its 75th anniversary Tuesday, March 15, 2016 big time by launching its newest direct flight from Los Angeles to Cebu and a limited time only restricted promotional fare offerings ($658 round trip for travel dates September 1 to December 10, 2015). This is expected to boost the Philippine tourism further as a record over 500,000 tourists flew in for the first month of the year, according to published reports.
A sizable send off party gathered at the Tom Bradley International Airport last Tuesday afternoon to wish the travelers Bon Voyage as they fly to the birthplace of Christianity in the Philippines that is Cebu and spend a couple of days at the Shangri-La Hotel Mactan.
The party will continue on to Manila on Thursday, March 19th where a dinner will be hosted in their honor by the newly opened Shangri-La The Fort in the center of fun and action Bonifacio Global City.
