On Sunday, October 28, 2012, local comedian, Poyay, will be performing at the West High School in Anchorage, Alaska, with the Teleserye Royals cast (Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Enrique Gil, Khalil Ramos, and Julia Montes) live with special guests Marcelito Pomoy, Chokoleit, Divo Bayer & Gene Flores. Before that, on Friday, October 26, 2012, the group will be performing at the Chabot College in Hayward, CA.

The Anderson Twins, 6 (Johann & Josiah; yes, they're Fil-Ams) of San Jose, CA shot their first game commercial last Saturday making Mom ElisaRica Anderson and Granny Perlita-Luga very proud.

Fresh from the success of their respective teleseryes, Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Enrique Gil, Khalil Ramos (of “Princess and I”), and Julia Montes (of the consistent top rating “Walang Hanggan”) will be performing LIVE at the Chabot College of Performing Arts this Friday, October 26, 2012 starting at 8:00PM with special guests Marcelito Pomoy and Chokoleit. The show, billed as ‘TELESERYE ROYALS 2012 US TOUR’ will also feature Bay Area-based local artists Mika and Avegel. The Hayward, CA show is produced by Echofaze Productions and Dampa Filipino Food. It’s a production of Berce Enterprises in cooperation with Tancinco Law Offices and Silverscreen Entertainment.

The same Teleserye Royals cast will also perform at the West High School Auditorium in Anchorage, Alaska on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at 7:00PM with the addition of Bay Area based comedian Poyay, Champion Singer Divo Bayer and Arizona’s pride Gene Flores.

Miss Japan wins Miss International 2012

Amidst an already raging controversy involving home ground advantage in beauty pageants (Miss China recently won the Miss World title that was held in China ) Miss Japan Ikumi Yoshimatsu was proclaimed 2012 Miss International last Sunday night in a pageant competition held in Okinawa, Japan, adding fuel to the already growing fire. She bested 68 other candidates to the crown. Her royal court are: 4th Runner-up Miss Paraguay(Nicole Elizabeth Huber Vera); 3rd Runner-up Miss Dominican Rep(Melodia Mir); 2nd-Runner-Up Miss Sri Lanka(Madusha Rushani Mayadunne;1st-Runner-Up Miss Finland (Viivi Suominen).

The Top 15 Finalists include Miss Philippines (Nicole Schmitz); Miss Colombia; Miss Brazil; Miss Japan (Ikumi Yoshimatsu); Miss Sri Lanka (Madusha Rushani Mayadunne;Miss Finland (Viivi Suominen ); Miss Namibia(Paulina Nangula April Malulu); Miss Venezuela (Blanca Cristina Aljibes Gallardo); Miss UK (Alize Lily Mounter); Miss USA (Amanda Renee Delgado); Miss Dominican Republic (Melodia Mir); Miss Paraguay (Nicole Elizabeth Huber Vera); Miss India (Rochelle Maria Rao); Miss Mexico (Jessica Cecilia Garcia Formenti); Miss Haiti (Azael Anedie Lucrece)
