The Perkins Twins (Jesse Perkins & Christian Perkins), Grand Prix Tennis Doubles Champions, will appear next at the San Francisco City Hall Rotunda's staircase singing & modeling on Oct 24 as part of the Filipino-American History Month Celebration.

The relaunching of Intramuros (attended by Dado & Maria Banatao of Atherton, CA) dispels talks about the famed dining place's closing. As a matter of fact, a new set of co-investors were also presented that same night.

Fil-American History Month Celebration at the SanFo City Hall Oct 24^th!

I got an emailed invitation from the Office of the Mayor Edwin M. Lee and The Filipino Channel to attend the Filipino-American History Month Celebration on Monday, October 24, 2011. The event will honor the San Francisco Bay Area’s Filipino-American milestones for 2011. Did I hear it right that among the awardees are the 1^st-ever Bay Area Fashion Week producers and organizers (40 plus models, 40 plus designers, 700 collections!), The Pistahan at Yerba Buena Organizers (this year is the biggest attendance they have in years!)?

The Perkins Twins are also rendering a couple of song numbers. There will also be a mini-fashion show featuring the latest creations from three of the most promising local designers around us.

I can’t wait to attend.
