Is it true that Arnel Pineda’s Reno concert, titled “Arnel Loves to Rock: The Concert” with Rachelle Ann Go at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino, Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 8:00 P.M. will be his very last ‘solo’ concert while he is under contract with ‘Journey’?

Apparently, his exposures to these solo shows are being frowned upon by the team behind the Journey band.

Discovered in YouTube singing Journey songs, Arnel is bar none, slum dunk to closest in voice with the departed Steve Perry. He sings with such ease, hitting the notes and delivering songs so hauntingly close to Steve Perry. Arnel may never be able to win every single ‘Journey’ diehard fan (which is never possible) but what matter most is that he stood his ground and convinced many that he deserves...to be where he is now. He never stopped believing. He remained faithful to the Journey music and the band.

He deserves a lot of credit for pulling himself up, working hard and delivering great performances one after another. Now, he’s living his dreams.
