Abstract- The main usage goal of University Information System (UIS) is to computerise the work procedure in Cihan University Erbil. UIS is an integrated, online database system, the main purpose of which is to serve the central administrative needs of the university. According to UIS Cihan, the system will facilitate the work routine for all academic staff, employees and students.
