Using Halliday's and Hasan's Cohesion Framework to Analyze Trump's Speeches

Lecturer Huda yaseen-department of English gave a seminar entitled with " Using Halliday's and Hasan's Cohesion Framework to Analyze Trump's Speeches" . The main core was about uncovering the main cohesive devicesused in Trump's discourses that he delivered in his visits to the Saudi Arabia andJerusalem respectively. To this end, a sum of two speeches isdownloaded from different web sites. The data were analyzed using Halliday and Hasan’s (1967) framework ofcohesion.
