The Reasons behind MacDonald's success

Abstract- The McDonald’s Corporation is a global food service corporation over 32,000 major restaurants spread in over 119 countries and offers employment to 60 million people across its networks and more. Its headquarters is in Illinois Oak Brook. At the business to business level, the McDonald’s Corporation has won (Thomas Derdak, 2004)countless awards for its recruitment, training, and benefits programs. This paper looks at the functions of the workers, tasks they perform who they are and how they manage to keep the purpose, goals and the general working unit of the McDonalds Corporation as a whole. The policies behind its successes and the importance of the business to complete its tasks in acceptable timelines. All these are looked into under the umbrella of the human resource and will major on the employee relations. Thomas Blake who is the head of Human resource at the McDonalds has assembled a team of store owners to come together to examine whether the working environment and recruitment process may be at the heart of the issue.
