OOP with Different Programming Languages

Abstract- There is always ongoing debate on which is the best language to learn OOP. If the students came with a background of C, then the best programming language to start OOP will be C++. On the other hand, the OOP takes a significant role in C++ as it covers almost everything while dealing with objects.
