Abstract- Recently, the related researches concentrated on the molecular bases of disease, which reflected as undesired pathologic phenotypic. PCR is widely applied to study the genetic bases of diseases, which is a laboratory version of DNA replication in cell. As any other advanced technique, many reagents and chemical needed to run a successful productive PCR. Primers are oligonucleotides that determine the specificity of the test. In this seminar the ideal criteria for choosing a primer set as well as how to design a proper primer for your PCR will be discussed and applied practically using the available corresponding software.
