Advancing Small and Medium-Size Enterprise’s Performance by Adopting Marketing and Service Innovation

Lecturer Dr. Aram H. Massoudi at the Department of Business Administration gave a seminar entitled “Advancing Small and Medium-Size Enterprise’s Performance by Adopting Marketing and Service Innovation” on 29th Nov 2020 at 1:30 PM. The seminar focused on Small and Medium-size Enterprises (SME), it plays a significant role in Iraqi economic growth. However, according to the Iraqi Ministry of Trade, the number of SMEs in Iraq is fading every year since 2006. Therefore, this current study explores the impact of marketing innovation and service innovation on improving SMEs' business performance. The data were collected from a questionnaire distributed to 125 SMEs in various Iraqi cities. The result showed that collectively the two factors, marketing, and service innovation have a positive influence on SMEs' business performance.
