Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Abdul Malek Al Saadi at the departmentof Communication & Computer Engineering gave a seminar entitled “The Effectof Rare-Earth Element on the Optical and Structural Properties of SnO2” on Date(12-April-2020) at 11:00 AM in Location (Online). Purify thin films composed ofLa doped with SnO2 (La:SnO2), with diverse doping ratios ranged from 1-3 wt%,are prepared by spray pyrolysis method at 250 ᵒC from tin chloride asprecursors with 0.1M concentration, and with additive of Lanthanum chloride asa dopant at the selected ratio. The effect of La on the optical and structureproperties of SnO2.
