Assistant Professor Dr.Younis Salahuddin Ali at the Department of Law gave a seminar entitled “The Civil Liability Arising from the Electronic Medicine under Coronavirus Covid-19 Pandemic” on 16th Dec 2020 at 1:30 PM. The seminar focused on the electronic medicine or tele-medicine which is a branch of science particularly medical science concerned with diagnosing, detecting, treating various types of disease, especially epidemics and pandemics and maintaining health. As well as prescribing drugs, medications, diets, exercises and all other nonsurgical measures. It is characterized by some advantages such as its suitability to household lock-down circumstance and reducing health costs. But one of its disadvantages is. From the legal viewpoint the civil liability arising from the electronic medicine may be from personal acts, objective or presumed or supposed or even contractual.
