Assistant Prof. Dr. Younis salahuddin Ali at the department of International Relations gave a seminar entitled Legal Aspects od electronic diplomacy on 30-October-2019 at 1:30 PM in Building 2- Classroom 235: Electronic diplomacy is considered as a new mode or method of conducting diplomacy and diplomatic acts nowadays. It is used or conducted by diplomats via internet, computer networks, and social media channels. it is also worth-bearing in mind that social media E-tools are not of the same importance , the priority is given to Twitter and facebook. But such other tools as YouTube and Instagram have lesser importance.
