Abstract- This seminar is about: Why do we feel stress? Who is responsible for feeling in stress? What are the strategies or tools to beat the stress? Finally, How emotional intelligence will help us in avoiding stress? After answering all these questions, we can live more comfortably and accept ourselves and our reality with a positive attitude.
