Assistant Lecturer Firas Nooraldeen Mardanv at the Department of Business Administration gave a seminar entitled “Corporate Governance” on 6th Dec 2020 at 2:00 PM. The seminar focused on Corporate Governance, it is the system by which the companies are directed and controlled by the management in the best interest of the stakeholders.
