Lecturer Dr. Qusay Hameed Al-Salami at the Department of Business Administration gave a seminar entitled “The Impact of Service Quality in Conference Industry: Cihan University as a Case Study” on 22th Nov 2020 at 1:30 PM. The seminar focused on quality of services, scientists have lately discovered that the quality of services has a significant influence on academic satisfaction and academic loyalty. Universities in Erbil are competing attract academics by conducting international conferences.
