TRX Pistol Squat with Bosu Flat Side Down

Stand on a bosu ball with the flat side down, facing the TRX with arms extended and light tension in the straps. Lift one leg forward and lower into a single-leg squat, sitting hips back and keeping your chest tall. Use the TRX for balance, and as little as possible. Drive through your heel to stand, keeping the lifted leg extended and your knee aligned over your ankle.
