Position a lacrosse ball behind your throwing-side shoulder, above your armpit. This is where the posterior rotator cuff muscles insert behind your shoulder. Slightly roll toward your throwing side to create additional pressure on the ball. Slowly rotate your hand toward the ground, internally rotating at your shoulder until you reach your end range of motion. Continue to slowly rotate your arm back and forth while maintaining pressure.
