Place the handle of the cable machine at or above eye height. Pull the handle out with your right hand and stand in a staggered stance with your left foot forward. Let your right shoulder and arm rotate forward (this is starting position). Pull the handle back towards your chest and rotate at the waist as you do. Rotate as far back as you can and then return your arm back to starting position. Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions and then switch sides and go through the steps again.Â
