This activity focuses on core activation and explosion. Assume a standing posture as you start to take a few steps toward the wall. Lift the med ball overhead as you start to take a crow hop. Land on a strong front leg and throw the med ball overhead against the wall. You should catch the med ball and repeat the exercises for the prescribed number of repetitions.
