Start by holding a kettlebell in one hand. Bend the knee of the same leg to create a 90 degree angle. Next perform a single leg RDL with a slight twist by bringing the kettlebell to the outside of the standing foot. On the way up, drive the same knee upwards to the chest and bring the kettle bell to the shoulder in a 90-90 position.
