Eccentric TRX Pistol Squat with Iso Hold

Stand facing the TRX with arms extended and light tension in the straps. Lift one leg forward and lower into a single-leg squat over 3-5 seconds, sitting hips back and keeping your chest tall. Use the TRX for balance, and as little as possible. Hold at the bottom for 3 seconds. Drive through your heel to stand, keeping the lifted leg extended and your knee aligned over your ankle.
