Start in a split stance with your cable/band in your right hand by your right shoulder with your right foot forward. Your left hand should be extended forward with your hand in a thumbs up fist. Press your right hand forward and pull your left hand rearward toward your left shoulder. Reverse the movement and move back to the starting position. That’s one rep. Repeat the desired number of reps.
