Sit on the ground with your knees flexed at 90 degrees and your heels pinned to the ground. Maintain an upright posture with your arms in a neutral position. Have your knees spread shoulder width apart. Rotate your knees to the left, touching the outside of your left knee on the ground and the inside of your right knee on the ground without rotating your chest. While rotating to the other side, rotate your right knee as far as possible to stretch your groin before letting your left knee raise off the ground.
