As you begin to fall forward, push off explosively with your legs, transitioning into a sprint. Focus on quick, powerful strides as you accelerate, maintaining good posture and driving your knees up. Perform the sprint for the desired distance or time, then decelerate gradually. Repeat for the desired number of sets.Â
