Step your right foot onto the BOSU’s dome side while bending your right knee into a lunge, keeping your left leg straight. Lower your hips until your right thigh is parallel to the floor, ensuring your right knee stays aligned with your toes. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side by stepping your left foot onto the BOSU and lunging down.
