Start by standing on the leg closest to the wall with the opposite knee raised in front of you, holding a med ball at your stomach. Rotate the ball down toward your rear hip while simultaneously rotating your raised leg across your body, creating a coiled position. From this loaded stance, perform a scoop toss toward the wall, using your hips and core to drive the motion. Focus on maintaining balance on the standing leg throughout the movement and staying upright through the throw.Â
