Start by lying on your back with a medicine ball held in both hands, arms extended overhead. Lift your legs and torso off the ground into a deadbug position. Then release into a hollow hold position, engaging your core to maintain stability. While keeping your core tight, rotate your torso and arms to one side, bringing the medicine ball toward the floor next to your hip, then return to the center. Repeat the rotation to the other side and then return to the deadbug position to begin again.
