Position the back of your throwing arm over a lacrosse ball with your palm facing the ceiling. You can place the ball anywhere in the “meat” of your triceps, ideally on a stiff spot. Flex your elbow and maintain downward pressure with your arm. Roll the ball along your triceps while slowly contracting and relaxing, flexing and extending your elbow. Once you feel some change, move on to another tight spot.
