Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms in front of your body. Hold a stiff PVC pipe or something similar in front of you with an overhand grip. Your arms should be positioned wider than shoulder-width. Engage your core and slowly raise the pipe above your head, keeping your arms straight. Try to continue the motion, “passing through” your shoulder joint until the pipe rests behind your lower back. If not, go as far as possible and return to the starting position.
