Hold a Kettlebell (KB) in your right hand and place it on the top of your right shoulder. Get into your batter’s stance 8-12 inches away from a box or bench. The loaded side should be treated as the rear side. Hinge your hips down and back while keeping good torso posture and keeping the right knee in-line with the ankle. This movement should be slow and controlled. Come back up in reverse fashion.
