Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart with your arms down by your sides. Raise your heels so that you’re on the balls of your feet. Pushing off to the balls of your feet, quickly jump straight up. As your feet leave the floor, don’t let them point downward. Instead, the moment you leave the ground, pull your toes up. Land only on the balls of your feet, keeping your heels off the floor, and repeat.
