Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand, standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Drop into a squat and place the dumbbells on the floor as you jump your feet back into a plank position. Perform a push-up, lowering your chest to the ground and pressing back up. Once you've completed the push-up, grab the dumbbells and perform a row on each side, pulling the dumbbells toward your ribcage while keeping your core engaged. After the rows, jump your feet back toward your hands, then explosively jump up while reaching the dumbbells overhead. Repeat the movement for the desired reps.
