Reach your pitching arm overhead and grab a bar or something similar. While keeping your hand latched tightly onto the bar, slowly rotate your body as far as you can in each direction to tie in the rotational aspect of your forearm. Hold the stretch once you reach your end range of motion. Perform this with both an overhand (pull-up) grip and an underhand (chin-up) grip.
