With your arms spread to your sides in a T-shape, perform a bilateral hip hinge with your knees staying behind your toes. While progressing downward twist at your waist such that one arm is pointing toward the sky and the other arm is touching down on the bosu ball. Rotate your head so that you can see your top hand. Perform the same movement twisting to the opposite side. One repetition is complete once you’ve touched down with both hands.
