Start in a position with your elbow tucked to your side and bent to 90 degrees with the Body Blade held in front of you. Quickly shake left to right while keeping your elbow pinned. Make sure the Body Blade bends side to side without stopping for the prescribed amount of time. Then elevate your elbow to shoulder level with your fingers facing up and your elbow remaining bent to 90 degrees. Quickly shake front to back while keeping your elbow in place, again making sure the Body Blade bends front to back without stopping for the prescribed amount of time.
