Start standing tall with the med ball at chest height, then step your trail leg behind and across into a controlled curtsy lunge. From the cursty step your lead leg out laterally. Step your rear leg behind you in a "Happy Gilmore" movement, focusing on strong scapular retraction and a rear hip hinge. From that position, drive through the front leg and rotate explosively, lifting the med ball up and across your body to slam it down. Emphasize a stiff lead leg block to efficiently decelerate your pelvis rotation, and ensure your rear knee stays inside your rear foot to avoid swaying. Maintain your head over your belly button to stay aligned.
