EPPING CROSSING

This 410,000 sq.ft. property was the first large shopping center built in Epping. It's anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and Lowe's. It has 3 other buildings that are home to smaller stores. Walmart has tremendous visibility from Route 101 as the store is located directly on the side of the highway at an angle. This shopping center is one of the largest between the Portsmouth/Newington area and Manchester.

Other stores and developers also saw the potential of the area and built a new center in Epping just across Route 101.

In May 2017, Payless Shoesource announced the closing of 387 U.S. stores including the Epping location. On November 1st 2019, Olympia Sports announced the closing of 76 stores including the Epping location.
