Located at a high-traffic Dover intersection near the Somersworth line and Spaulding Turnpike, this commercial center is defined by its incomplete development. While originally intended to be anchored by a Stop & Shop, the supermarket never materialized, leaving the site as surplus property after the chain exited the New Hampshire and Maine markets.

Only the restaurant pad sites and a Staples were ever completed, leaving up to 68,000 square feet of land vacant for decades. The center’s retail presence has further declined in recent years, marked by the sudden closure of Uno Chicago Grill in 2016 and Staples’ subsequent relocation to the nearby Tri-City Plaza.
