This shopping center was originally anchored by Market Basket and Kmart. It also featured a Walgreens and a Marshalls. That Kmart store was one of the last "new" Kmart ever built in Northern New England. After the Sears-Kmart merger, Kmart became a Sears Essentials. In 2009 Marshalls closed. In April 2010 Sears closed its doors. In 2011, Market Basket relocated to the former Sears Essentials space. Their store went from 51,000 sq.ft. to nearly 108,000 sq.ft.. In 2016, NH Liquor Store relocated and renovated their location. In May 2016, Tjmaxx and HomeGoods relocated from the nearby Apple Tree Mall to a brand new combined store.
