This shopping center is booming. It all started when Walmart relocated their existing store from across the street to this large vacant land. They moved from a smaller discount store to a bigger Supercenter. Their former store was near Home Depot. I'm not totally sure but I think that Home Depot was asked if they wanted to move in a new building with the new Walmart too.  In the end, Lowe’s opened with Walmart and at the same time entered the Lewiston/Auburn market.  

A new Burger King and a Gas station opened on pad sites in front of the property.  The plaza is located across the street from the new Kohl’s and the Auburn Mall and close to Bj’s Wholesale Club.
