This small shopping plaza opened in 1971 and was first anchored by a Giant Department store. The store closed in summer 1973 and Ames replaced it in October that year. CVS moved to a bigger and free-standing location in Conway. Shaw's also moved out into a new larger free-standing store, but in November 1999.
Tjmaxx opened a new store in the former Shaw's in April 2000. Until 2002, Tjmaxx, Ames and a bank branch were the stores at the plaza. Ames closed in October 2002 leaving a vacant space of 39,800 sq.ft.. Christmas Tree Shops opened in February 2008 in the former Ames.
