Topsham Landing is a proposed 200,000 retail development consisting of four lots along Topsham Fair Mall road. Phase 1 of the project has been built.  It included a 20,000 sq.ft. Best Buy store along with a block of smaller stores to its left. Tenants were Dollar Tree, Maurices and Payless Shoesource to name a few. 

A future part of this project could be near, or attached to the Topsham Fair Mall. Rumors once predicted the coming of Sports Authority, Michaels and LongHorn Steakhouse. A third part would be located to the left of the Topsham Crossing (Target) and could be home to even more stores. The Topsham Landing, Topsham Crossing and Topsham Fair Mall would then be linked together by their parking lots.

In October 2016, Best Buy did not renew its lease and eventually closed. Dollar Tree then moved out to relocate at the nearby Topsham Crossing in the former Bed, Bath & Beyond. Buffalo Wild Wings opened but other tenants left. The center was sold and has been redeveloped with non-retail use like medical services.
