This shopping center used to be anchored by Zayre. It was a more modern Zayre store that probably opened in the mid 80’s. HomeGoods is reusing the original Zayre entrance. Its storefront is similar to other mid-80's Zayre storefronts seen in that era. Zayre eventually closed and was replaced by Ames. In October 1991, Ames closed 77 stores including that location in Nashua. 

MVP Sports was renamed Decathlon USA but the store closed shortly after. Pier1 Imports is located in a free standing building in the parking lot. The former Zayre/Ames was eventually divided in three, with HomeGoods, J.L.Plum and Big Lots. J.L.Plum closed around 2008-2009 and was still vacant in in 2011. The store eventually became a Tuesday Morning which closed in the fall of 2015.
